Sources for the footage include a DVD-rip of a transfer of the 90-minute Japanese Laserdisc (this DVD is being sold on eBay), and then the two additional songs ("...Alice" and "Rocket Man") come from Terry Bangley here on YouTube so a major thanks to him! This appears to be the most complete footage compilation of this legendary concert, and unlike the Laserdisc the footage has been edited in the order it was actually performed.
