Het is misschien wel de bekendste plek in de stad waar nog volop jazzmuziek wordt gespeeld: Café The Cotton Club op de Nieuwmarkt. Nog wel: want vanavond is de laatste keer dat het mag. Volgens de gemeente overschrijdt het café namelijk de geluidsnormen.
