Hundreds of german tanks and many large collones on the roads with soldiers in Normandy were destroyed by allied bombers and swarms of fighters sa spitfires and tornados with rockets. The germans were slaughtered/ germany had no chance no air defence almost no planes in normandy as the luft waffe was decimated/ the 88 was one of their main succesull anti tank weapon but just as many tanks a sitting duck for allied bombers and tornado fighters to be destroyed/ the germans were actually slaughtered en masse such as in Falaise / General Günther von Kluge was ordered by the traitor Hitler to counter attack with a division and extra support with some 88 guns but they had no chance as they were almost all slaughtered by allied fighters bombers and tornados with rockets.
