  • Rauwe niet gepasteuriseerde melk is kerngezond
    Drink Raw Superhealthy MILK

Rothschild DEMANDED mandatory milk pasteurization in UK Parliament 1946

Over 80% of what scientists call “the miracle molecule” gets DESTROYED by pasteurization. The most POWERFUL protein in raw milk — quietly removed. ZERO mainstream coverage.

600mg daily for 2 months. Lost 2 inches off my waist — without touching my diet or training. Here’s what 9,000+ studies say about the molecule they removed from your milk ↓🧵

1/ THE NAME THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW

    The molecule is called lactoferrin.
It’s an iron-binding glycoprotein found in raw milk and concentrated in breast milk and colostrum.
Your great-grandparents got it every time they drank milk. You get zero.
One study measured lactoferrin before and after pasteurization:

    → Before: 2.5 mg/mL

    → After: 0.03 mg/mL

    That’s a 98.8% loss.

Raw colostrum contains up to 7 mg/mL. The pasteurized milk in your fridge? Virtually zero bioactive lactoferrin remaining.

This isn’t some fringe compound. It has over 9,000 published papers on PubMed. A 2022 review in Molecules literally titled it “The Lactoferrin Phenomenon — A Miracle Molecule.”

Here’s what those studies found when they gave it back to people:

2/ IT MELTS VISCERAL FAT — WITHOUT DIET OR EXERCISE

Study: 26 adults with abdominal obesity. 300mg/day of enteric-coated lactoferrin for 8 weeks.
No diet changes. No exercise changes.

→ Visceral fat: reduced 14.6 cm² (placebo lost only 1.8 cm²)

→ Body weight: down 1.5 kg (placebo GAINED 1.0 kg)

→ BMI: down 0.6 (placebo went UP 0.3)

→ Hip circumference: down 2.6 cm vs 0.2 cm

    Zero adverse effects.

The placebo group GAINED weight. The lactoferrin group lost it. Same diet. Same activity.

    PMID: 20691130

Critical detail: this only worked with ENTERIC-COATED lactoferrin. Without it, stomach acid destroys the protein before it reaches your gut.

3/ YOUR GUT BARRIER IS ONE CELL THICK — AND IT’S BROKEN

Your gut lining is a single-cell-thick wall separating your bloodstream from bacteria and endotoxins.

When it breaks down — bacterial endotoxins leak into your blood → trigger systemic inflammation → drive fat storage, brain fog, joint pain, and autoimmune flares.

Lactoferrin directly binds these endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides) before they ever cross the barrier.

    It also:

→ Increases intestinal epithelial cell growth

→ Upregulates tight-junction proteins (sealing the gaps between cells)

→ Promotes bifidobacteria growth while killing pathogenic bacteria

4/ IT BUILDS BONE FASTER THAN THE BODY’S OWN GROWTH FACTORS

Lactoferrin is one of the only natural compounds that simultaneously builds new bone AND prevents bone breakdown.

Most bone drugs do one or the other. Lactoferrin does both:

Building → stimulates osteoblast proliferation BEYOND IGF-1 and TGF-beta — two of the most important growth factors in skeletal science. It also reduces osteoblast death by up to 70%.

Breakdown → completely arrested osteoclastogenesis (bone-destroying cell formation) in bone marrow cultures.

5 days of lactoferrin applied to mouse calvaria → 4-FOLD increase in new bone formation.

In humans: postmenopausal women given 125mg/day for 6 months saw bone-resorption markers drop 15.6% and bone-formation markers increase 7-33% vs placebo.

    PMID: 15166119

Osteoporosis hits 30% of women over 50 and 77% of women over 80. This protein was in their milk. Now it’s not.

→ Modulates the immune response at the gut lining

An RCT confirmed enteric-coated lactoferrin significantly increased bifidobacteria and improved gut motility — placebo didn’t.

This is why bloating disappears within 1-2 weeks. The endotoxin load drops, gut barrier tightens, inflammation starts resolving.
You were treating symptoms. Lactoferrin treats the barrier.

5/ IT OUTPERFORMED THE FLU VACCINE — IN A CLINICAL TRIAL

A head-to-head trial tested colostrum (concentrated lactoferrin + immunoglobulins) against the flu vaccine.
144 adults. 3 months. Three groups:

→ Colostrum only: 13 flu episodes

→ Vaccine only: 57 flu episodes

    → Colostrum + vaccine: 14 episodes

Read that again. Adding the vaccine to colostrum made virtually no difference. 13 vs 14.

When people DID get sick — colostrum group recovered in 4.6 days. Vaccine group: 11.3 days.

    PMID: 17456621

The mechanism: lactoferrin binds directly to viral surfaces, blocks receptor attachment, and modulates both innate and adaptive immune responses. Works against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites — all through different pathways.

One protein. Broad-spectrum antimicrobial. Removed from your milk.

6/ IT TRIPLED TESTOSTERONE — WITH ZERO CRASH

A study gave rats oral lactoferrin for 2.5 months:

    → Total testosterone: increased 200%

    → Estradiol: decreased 16.7%

    → Testosterone-to-estradiol ratio: up 3.6-3.8x

    → All steroidogenesis substrates: increased

    But here’s what changes everything:

After STOPPING lactoferrin — testosterone stayed elevated for 7 WEEKS. No crash. No suppression. Gradual return to baseline on its own.

Compare that to exogenous testosterone or SARMs where your natural production shuts down and you need PCT to recover.

Lactoferrin activated the body’s own steroidogenesis pathway instead of replacing it.

    PMID: 27797332

Full transparency — this is animal data. Human testosterone trials haven’t been published yet. But the mechanism is biologically plausible and the no-crash finding separates it from every exogenous hormone approach that exists.

Early signal. Not settled science. But worth knowing.

7/ HOW TO TAKE IT (most people get this wrong)

Here’s how to take it based on the research:

    → Dose: 300-600mg daily

→ Timing: empty stomach, 30 min before food

→ Form: MUST be enteric coated

→ Purity: 95%+ (most cheap brands are 80% filler)

→ Duration: gut effects in 1-2 weeks. Fat reduction takes the full 8 weeks. Don’t quit early.

3 mistakes that kill your results:

    1. Non-enteric-coated capsules — pepsin destroys the protein before it reaches your intestines. The RCT specifically used enteric coating. This is why most people take lactoferrin and feel nothing.

    2. Taking it with food — lactoferrin binds to food proteins instead of endotoxins and you lose the effect.

    3. Underdosing — below 300mg the endotoxin-binding and fat-reducing effects drop off.

This is the protein that was in your milk before they removed it.

Now you know what it’s called. Now you know what it does.

What Amsterdam Looked Like in the 1600s | The Golden Age (AI Reconstruction)

What was Amsterdam like before it became a global financial center?
Before stock exchanges, multinational corporations, and modern infrastructure, Amsterdam was already quietly organizing the world around it.

In this video, History Evolution explores Amsterdam during the 17th century Golden Age, when the city emerged as a central node in global trade — not through conquest, but through coordination, systems, and record-keeping.

Using period maps, architectural remains, shipping records, and contemporary written accounts, we reconstruct Amsterdam as it functioned in the 1600s. These reconstructions are rendered as ultra-realistic visuals and animated to restore motion and scale — allowing us to observe the city from above, walk its streets, and follow the flow of goods through its canals and harbor.

Guided by our AI historian Dr. Henry Alden, we examine Amsterdam as a working system:

The concentric canal network as urban infrastructure

The merchant houses and warehouses that organized trade

The harbor as a transit point, not a store of wealth

The Dutch East India Company (VOC) and the mechanics of global commerce

Taverns, markets, and informal institutions of information exchange

Religious life shaped by Calvinist restraint

Governance through administration rather than spectacle

    This is not a dramatization.
There are no myths, no heroic narratives, and no modern assumptions.

What we see instead are routines, records, and relationships — the foundations of the modern global city taking shape through daily practice.

  • The term 'checkmate' has one of the clearest linguistic trails in the history of games. It originates in classical Persian, where 'shāh māt' meant “the king is helpless” or “the king is defeated.” This phrasing reflected the strategic heart of early Persian chess (chatrang), which focused on cornering the king rather than capturing every piece. When the game spread across the Islamic world after the 7th century, the phrase was adopted into Arabic as 'shāh māta', preserving both the sound and the meaning.

As chess moved westward through Moorish Spain and Mediterranean trade routes, the term entered medieval European languages almost unchanged. Early Latin manuscripts on chess refer to 'scaccus mat', while Old French texts use 'eschec mat', both direct descendants of the Persian original. These linguistic borrowings show how faithfully European players preserved the terminology of the cultures that transmitted the game to them. The phrase eventually settled into Middle English as “checkmate,” with “check” itself coming from 'shāh', the Persian word for “king.”

This linguistic journey mirrors the broader cultural transmission of chess. Originating in India, refined in Persia, and expanded by the Arab world, the game carried with it a vocabulary that revealed its intellectual lineage.

Checkmate’ is one of the clearest surviving markers of that heritage, showing that the modern global game still speaks, quite literally, in the language of its Persian past.
